Sam Hanlon captained the Kathy H seen here likely on a weekend when the crew worked on nets, patched holes and made repairs.

The St. Paul was a Puget Sound boat. It would fish near the Hoonah boats but not right in the main action.

Some of these men are from different crews. It was common practice for crewmembers to help each other work on nets.

The Washington was captained by George Dalton, Sr. It is thought the boat is either holding too many fish or perhaps even sinking.
